This contract is for the benifit of both parties involved, and to safeguard & protect the well being of the puppy.

DEPOSITS, RETURNS, SHIPPING, PAYMENT, ETC...

*All deposits are $500 and are NON REUNDABLE  (If for some reason we are not able to give you a puppy from The desired liter, we will give you a puppy from the next liter avaliable. Or we will give you a credit towards another puppy we have.

-After You submit a puppy application, we will review your application, and reply to the email you listed on the application, with deposit instructions.

*ALL Sales are FINAL (no reunds, even if you return the puppy) There are NO REFUNDS. 

*We will exchange your puppy if for some reason it has a life threating genitic defect, as outlined in the health gurantee.

FAILURE TO CONTACT/ COMMUNICATE:

We cannot hold puppies forever, we will try to contact you given the  contact info we have from your puppy application. If we cannot make contact within 3 days and no prior arrangements have been made we have the right to sell/Rehome the said puppy. (we will hold your deposit for a future puppy, you dont loose it)  It is the buyers responsibility to reach out for updates and pickup times.

PAYMENT:

Deposits or out of state : Paypal (Friends and Family/someone you trust)  Must be cleared 2 weeks prior to leaving. 

Local Pickup: CASH ONLY for Remaining balance due, 

*****Checks, vennmo, zelle are NOT ACCECPTED, PLEASE BE PREPARED with Cash at pickup.

SHIPPING:

We are able to Ship puppies within the USA, We are willing to use DELTA CARGO  or a Flight Nanny. that Ships out of the SLC international airport, to your location where you will pick the pup(s) up. 

fees to expect when shipping:

$900-$1500 Flight Nanny a flight nanny will come and pickup your puppy from us and fly to the International Airport of your choice and meet you there with the puppy in hand. Then they will catch a return flight Home or if needed have to stay in a hotel and catch a flight home the next day. price varies depending on flights and location and is subject to change.

$750 CARGO (48 states, not including alaska or hawii) is for a 8-10 week old puppy. Pups/Dogs older then that will cost additional (due to the larger size of crate & it simply cost more to ship a larger dog)

Whats included in the $750:

     -Airline ticket to closest international airport with priority as a non stop flight.

     -Airline apprroved kennel that is yours to keep & can be reused.

    - Certified Health certificate - all puppies arrive with this, assuring the puppy's health.

    - Food / water containers that are required to be attached to kennel door.

- Transportation to all of this stated above.
